Der Beginn - The first roots

It all started out with a four-week-course with Katja Kirchhofer, which I booked via Groupon (to be honest - otherwise I probably wouldn't have dared to try). All of those four classes were impressing. I had to back off my "high-performance-pressure" towards to get a feeling for my body and its needs. The great thing about the course with Katja (which took place in Munich, Germany): There is a max. of six participants at a time. So there is a lot of time for everybody to adjust and Katja took great care of every single body. And to be really honest - everybody is frightened before the "first" time of Yoga class, at least so was I! a) because of the fact that I am not flexible at all and b) because I imagined Yoga to be reaaaally meditative. But the course wasn't at all like this (excessive meditative) - during the first class I really sweat and had sore muscles the following days! When time was ready for the second class, my muscles and stings seemed aching for Yoga... And the most important: It made me want more. Much more...
